1/23/22 Day 76 - My favorite picture of Lucy, taken yesterday.
1/25/22 Day 78 - Harvest day. One last glamor shot before the chop.
1/25/22 9.14 oz wet - maybe 2 dry?
1/25 - Low and slow drying, temps mid 60s, RH 48%.
1/27/22 A Pot For Pot Plant of the Month, January 2022. I'm so happy!

Impressions about plant

1/23/22 - Lucy is going into the dark tomorrow (forgot to unplug her lights last night, oops!). She shows nearly all very cloudy trichomes, from top to bottom (and she's budded over every inch!) with the occasional clear and a few amber. I taste tested her the week before last and had a clear, strong head high - the additional two weeks certainly allowed her to really swell her buds. I will be chopping her this week, can't believe I'm saying this. She's made me super proud - growing from a scrawny tiny thing I figured wouldn't amount to much to the solid plant she is today. It was a gigantic thrill to win a prize at A Pot For Pot! I believe their system was largely responsible for this success, plus the patient guidance from many experienced growers here on the site. I know I couldn't have done it without them there hand holding me and soothing my "hen with one chick" nerves. I hope to be able to help others as I continue to learn and grow. It will be a few days before there's any pictures to post, and I'm nervous about leaving her in the dark and not looking at her for couple of days, but I will trust all is as it should be.

1/24/22 I remembered to pull the plug! Lucy is now chilling in the dark, in her cool room (mid-60s). I'm going to hold her there for somewhere between 36 and 48 hours - so the chop happens tomorrow some time after 9 AM. I left her humidifier off, and her exhaust on, that should give her a start on using up all her water. No pictures. of course...

Today's the last day of her 11th week - day 77. She was really fast as promised. I ordered a "strain shirt" as a souvenir of my very first grow. I'm so happy it was successful.

1/26/22 Day one of drying. Harvest was yesterday, she weighed 9.14 wet. Changed both tents which was a lot of work, sanitized Lucy's tent, and on with the gloves for harvest. She is in the dark now, in the tent she grew up in, temps mid 60s, RH around 48%. In a few days, I'll get out the moisture tester. She's going into Grove Bags once trimmed and at moisture of 11%.

I'm taking a day off, and likely will start the seed soak tomorrow. Who knows? Maybe today if I get ambitious. Got to get out to get ready for a potential huge winter storm this weekend, which seems more likely every day. Better today before everyone else is jamming the shops!

1/27/22 Today is the second day of drying. The new humidifier is doing an excellent job with keeping the RH where it needs to be - I have it set for 45%, and it's right around that point consistently, plus the water hasn't needed to be refilled since I started it up two days ago. Good investment! Lucy's leaves are tightening around her as she begins to dry. I'll wait until the weekend and get out the moisture meter for a quick check.

I also dropped the seeds for "the triplets" last night - two have sunk and split already this morning, one is still closed and floating. This was after 12 hours so I'll give them some more time before the move.
